Could not agree more with this critique - common sense prevails.

Professor Graham Donaldson, former senior chief inspector, HMIE, Professor Jack Jackson, former chief inspector, HMIE. Two of the main protagonists and supporters of CfE now saying, “There are assertions of `success’, but no proper evidence”. CfE is becoming surreal - everybody on the bridge of the ship loves it and asserts the world class nature of it. once safely home in port though, they warn about the danger of CfE.
