We are achieving this by looking at every placement and the learning outcomes each one offers. We then match students with suitable placements which will underpin the academic or vocational courses they have chosen.
This "perfect match" scenario ensures a win, win situation for both the student for whom vocational learning is put into context and brought alive and the employer who gains a motivated student eager to learn.
