The Army and Suzy Lamplugh Trust have produced a video pack for teenagers, which advises on ways of minimising risks to their safety. “Planning for Personal Safety” follows a group of friends as they go out for the night, covering such situations as making social arrangements, planning transport, using cashpoint machines safely and tackles such issues as peer group pressure and influencing events through body language. One copy is available free to all secondary schools and colleges in the UK. Details: Army Education, tel: 01202 244037.
