Phone cheats in exams rooms

Examiners reported 2,550 cases of cheating and other “malpractice” in this year’s GCSE and A-level exams, regulating body Ofqual has said. The most common problem, in 1,325 cases, was use of “unauthorised material”, most often a mobile phone or other electronic device.
