A BLACK teacher who claimed she was the victim of racism and bullying at a London school has lost her case at an employment tribunal. Denise Hintzen-Herbert was a teacher at Pimlico school in Westminster when Home Secretary Jack Straw was chaiman of governors. The school’s governors and education authority were co-respondents to the case. But a tribunal this week dismissed Ms Hintzen-Herbert’s claims of race discrimination, constructive dismissal and breach of contract.
