The Parents Information Network (PIN) is organising a series of home-school ICT workshops called Family Web. The training package, aimed at students in Years 4-6, is designed to encourage schools and parents to wor together to explore the educational potential of the Internet. It is being trialled in schools and includes sessions on searching skills and homework support.
