“Addressing the issue of food poisoning in the classroom” is the theme of a competition organised as part of the National Schools Food Safety and Hygience Project 19956 for key stages 1-4, closing date April 30, 1996. Organised by Bishops (UK) Ltd and the National Association of Home Economics, it requires individuals or teams to answer questions and produce posters and educational brochures illustrating food safety measures.
