Teenagers in Carmarthenshire are being warned about the dangers of solvent abuse. Police and trading standards officers are visiting schools to raise awareness, and distributing leaflets and cards to combat the sale of restricted goods - such as cigarett-lighter fluid - to under-age youngsters.
