A CONNEXIONS partnership has been criticised by inspectors for its weak leadership and for giving too much poor and unsatisfactory support to teenagers. The Office for Standards in Education also reported that the Milton Keynes, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire partnership, which provides pastoral and careers advice for an estimated 125,625 young people, was not value for money.
