Sometimes you just can’t keep your customers satisfield.

On the worldwide web, Bournville College, in Birmingham, gets a bit of a dressing down from a student who decided to post some comments about the establishment on a website.

Apparently, you need to look beyond the boundaries of your own campus if you want to give students what they want.

The student, it seems, only decided to attend Bournville to avoid someone they didn’t get on with who was attending another college in the area.

And what were the disgruntled student’s complaints? The chief moan was that there was no pub nearby because it is in a Quaker area.
