Did any boys sit A-levels this year? Looking at newspaper reports of the results, it seems not. The Times, Guardian, Independent, Telegraph and my local papers all feature photographs of laughingcrying girls hugging one another. Is this one factor that should be considered in the debate about boys’ performance?
