* When Neville Chamberlain came back from Berlin in 1939 he was able to wave a single piece of paper as a symbol of hoped-for peace. This week we learn that Saddam Hussein’s dossier runs to 12,000 pages, a feat that can only be easily achieved with the use of ICT. Perhaps this explains the increase in paperwork for teachers? The real bogeyman may not be Saddam but the computer!
