PAUL Kelley’s comment (TES, August 18) is long on rhetoric, but notably short on facts to support his belief that Laura Spence failed to get a place at Oxford because of anti-comprehensive school prejudice. Quite simply, all he nees to do is give us the name of the candidate who got Laura’s place, and explain how that other candidate was worse. If he cannot put up, he should shut up.
