Clic Sargent supports children with cancer and leukaemia and their families with practical needs, such as nursing and social work, through to grants, holidays and home-from-home family stays while a child is receiving treatment away from home. They also fund research into both care and treatment. Practice-a-thon! is their new fund-raising initiative, endorsed by violinist Nicola Benedetti and Julian Lloyd Webber, encouraging children to seek sponsorship for reaching musical goals, be it an exam, concert, or just playing their first note.
