An active alternative to the endless parade of smart TV investigators comes from the latest project launched by Planet Science. Whodunit provides a crime scenario in which the victims and suspects come from the ranks of celebrities, such as singer Ms Dynamite, BMX rider Zach Shaw or footballer James Beattie. Pupils at KS2-3 can carry out authentic forensic investigations on the “evidence” emerging from four clues. Uncovering the truth depends on scientific thinking and careful procedures.
