The five national education priorities are to be reviewed by two outside organisations. OPM (the Office for Public Management) in Edinburgh and Learning Unlimited, the Paisley consultancy, have been given the go-ahead by the Scottish Executive and Learning and Teaching Scotland to review the first three years of progress. A key focus will be on strategies for improvement.
