Look at labels from packaged fruit drinks and tabulate the quantities of nutrients, such as vitamins and minerals. Work out how much you would need to drink to get the recommended daily intake from one carton. The labels might also reveal other "nutraceuticals" that are present, eg colorants and preservatives. Their presence could be linked to claims about the "healthiness" of the drink and stimulate discussion about the impact of additives on health.
