What's your favourite subject and why?

Environmental studies. We did it as a project on farming. The best bit was when we watched a DVD. We saw a bull getting its nails clipped. It was very calm - I thought it would go crazy.

What makes a good teacher?

They make you feel good when you come back to school after summer. When you've done something wrong they shouldn't be aggressive and shout, but when it's serious they should.

What do you most like and dislike about school?

I like coming back from summer holidays and doing lots of fun stuff. I also like seeing who the new teacher is. (It's Mr Ball - he's very nice). I don't like getting distracted because I want to get finished and do something fun.

Tell us about the best lesson you've ever had

In Primary 3 we did Old Smithy (an educational resource based on real-life situations). It was about an old guy who lived years ago in a big house that people thought was haunted. Then he died and it turned into a park. Then the place went on fire and it turned into a playground. I can't remember the rest. It was really fun because we made a house and the playground. It was kind of a big 3-D picture on the wall and we all did a bit.

What three things do you need to make a good school?

Being a Health Promoting School, good teachers and good computers. We are very healthy and don't eat many sweets.

What would you change about your school if you could?

I would say not using so much paper, because we use a lot and people just dump it and don't put it in the recycling bin. It's made out of trees that have been chopped down, so I would get people to reuse it.

If you were headteacher, what would you introduce at school?

A bigger tuck shop.

What would you like to be when you are older?

A footballer, because it's one of my favourite games and I love the strips. I've got a lot of strips - Newcastle, Caley (Inverness Caledonian Thistle) and Scotland.

What are your favourite hobbies?

Football and shinty. I have a shinty stick, but not a really good one, because I've only just started playing. My other hobby is playing with my friends. We pretend to be spies.

What's your most treasured possession?

My Sony Ericsson mobile.

What's your favourite band, DVD and TV show at the moment?

Iron Maiden, Johnny English and Doctor Who. Iron Maiden are very rock. They sing well. Johnny English is funny but he's not the sort of spy I pretend to be. Doctor Who always gives you a fright and it's exciting in some parts.

What's your favourite clothes label?

What celebrity would you most like to be?

Cristiano Ronaldo, because he's a good footballer.

What's been your most embarrassing moment?

I was playing football in the Little Liga - that's a league I play in - and my trainer came off and nearly hit my head. Everyone was laughing. I thought it was funny as well.

What's your earliest memory?

I went camping and had Harry Potter shoes on. My shoes got all wet.

If you could have one superpower, what would it be?

To break through walls, for when I'm running away from someone, like when you're playing tig.

"If I were prime minister for a day, I would . ".
