The German Federal Court of Justice found that she had not been compromised by the ratings on the popular site spickmich.de, and that pupils had a right to offer opinions that did not hinder her professionally. The ruling follows criticism by teachers’ unions in the UK and the United States of Rate My Teacher, a similar website.
