Quality not quantity

Q: I haven’t had any meetings yet with my induction tutor. Should I have asked her for a meeting?

A: You should have had meetings and need to chase her up if she hasn’t arranged them. There are no hard and fast rules about how often you should meet. It depends on how much support you are getting from others with planning and behaviour. I would recommend weekly meetings at first, maybe reducing to fortnightly, but aim for quality if you can’t get quantity.
