Willie Haughey, the Glasgow entrepreneur, sometime Celtic director and financial force behind Livingston Football Club, is fully in support of the Scottish Executive’s drive on enterprise in education, as he told the national event for business leaders.

Back came the reply from the school: “You’re still expelled.”

Only joking, of course.
