A grammar school is planning to lay on its own train service after congestion problems forced parents to park on a busy main road.

Loughborough grammar school in Leicestershire is proposing to ferry half of its 1,000 pupils to school on the Great Central Railway. The twice-daily service would cost pupils only pound;1.
