This week we're asking generous Friday readers to hold a tea party in aid of Help the Hospices. The charity, begun by volunteers, supports more than 220 local hospices caring for people who may be dying or need respite care.
Tea at 3 is a simple, and friendly, way to raise money, either at school or home.
Throughout June, thousands of people will be holding tea parties to raise funds to keep the UK's hospices providing free, quality care for the terminally ill. Last year hospices cared for 250,000 people; here's your chance to help.
To find out more about how you can support your local hospice and to order a fundraising pack, visit www.teaat3.org.uk or call 0845 087 3333.
To get your party started, 10 lucky Friday readers will receive a Yorkshire Tea gift box courtesy of Taylors of Harrogate, each containing two Yorkshire Tea mugs, a tea towel, a box of Yorkshire Tea, Yorkshire Tea loaf and biscuits worth pound;25 (also available to buy from Bettys and Taylors by post, 0845 345 3636 or visit www.bettysbypost.com).
Your prize will include a copy of Mary Berry's Simple Cakes from BBC Books (RRP pound;9.99) so you can create some fabulous - yet easy to cook - cakes, biscuits and pastries for the occasion.
For your chance to win a Yorkshire Tea gift box and a copy of Mary Berry's Simple Cakes, just answer this question: Around how many cups of tea are drunk every day in the UK? a) one million b) 175 million.
Mark your answer Tea Party and send to the TES address or by email to email@example.com. Entries close June 8.
