The helpline for college lecturers, formerly known as the College and University Support Network, has changed its name to Recourse, it was announced at the UCU congress

The new name reflects its role supporting individuals not institutions. More than 1,000 members of staff at universities and colleges have contacted the service in the last 12 months, with 179 calls from land-based colleges alone, more than any other part of further education.
