The Institute for Learning (IfL) has said more than 65,000 teachers in FE have used REfLECT, its online system for recording their professional development. Dr Jean Kelly, head of professional development at IfL, said that, as the deadline for lecturers to submit details of the 30 CPD hours passed, reports had varied from a simple list of attendance at events to detailed accounts.
