The 10,000th person to register on the Literacy Matters website, expected soon, will receive a free Literacy Matters CD-Rom worth pound;60. This free website contains, as you would expect, lesson plans and resources for teaching literacy. They cover reception to Year 7 and include a set of bear postcards for each day of the week to stimulate a week’s worth of activities.
