Feversham College is a centre of academic excellence which delivers quality education within an all-female Islamic environment, as borne out in a recent outstanding Ofsted report and exam results (“Study finds growing Muslim isolation ... some schools carrying web links to anti-Western and fundamentalist teachings”, TES February 20).

The school’s website is designed to provide information to existing and prospective students, parents and staff. The college subscribes to Bradford Council’s system to regulate access and prevent unauthorised navigation to sites which could be controversial. Our website has had links with sites which are generally informative. It has been brought to our attention that some of the content now on two of those sites could be misinterpreted. We have reviewed the position and removed any links to those sites.

Clare Skelding, Headteacher, Feversham College, Bradford.
