Parents who withdrew their children from a Norfolk primary school, forcing its closure, have welcomed a second OFSTED report criticising its leadership. Inspectors went into Potter Heigham First School twice last year and concluded it was failing to give pupils an acceptable education. Vice-chair of the governors, Lynne Sheppard, said the report vindicated the parents’ action.
