First Minister Rhodri Morgan will be guest speaker at the annual presentation ceremony of Olchfa School in Swansea next Tuesday. The eventJwill be held at the city’s Brangwyn Hall, where more thanJ1,000 pupils, parents and governors are expected to attend for the annual handing out of awards recognising pupil excellence.
