Wales’s 22 local authorities are set to increase their spending on special educational needs (SEN) provision this year, according to new figures. Welsh Government statistics show that budgeted expenditure on SEN provision has increased by 1.9 per cent, up from #163;341 million in 201011 to #163;348 million in 201112.
