How delighted I was to read that there is to be an independent adjudicator appointed to handle complaints from schools about the Office for Standards in Education (TES, March 6). I only hope that this will also apply in Wales.
At my school the registered inspector and her team breached the code of conduct and guidelines 14 times, frightened the children and were discourteous to parents, governors and staff.
In spite of complaints to the chief inspector for Wales, from parents, governors and the teacher unions, this registered inspector is still receiving thousands of pounds to inspect schools in the principality.
