A FORMER rugby star with no teaching qualifications took over as head of Leeds Grammar School on Wednesday. Mark Bailey, 40, who made his name playing rugby for England in the 1980s and was later bursar at Cambridge’s Corpus Christi College, has been appointed to run the leading independent school because of his financial experience.
