Pockerley Manor at Beamish North of England Open Air Museum interprets rural life in the early 1800s and is open exclusively to schools from November to March. Activities will include: tallow-candle making, baking biscuits in an early kitchen range, wool spinning, quill pen calligraphy, laundry and domestic chores.
