A SCHOOL stripped of its specialist sports college status last summer has won it back.

Oakbank school in Keighley, West Yorkshire, was investigated after Department for Education and Employment officials revealed financial irregularities. School standards minister Estelle Morris said the school would become a sports college once again on condition that it raised at least pound;75,000 of sponsorship.
