The future for education policy in England was outlined in yesterday's Queen's Speech. A day later, education secretary Nicky Morgan took part in a live TES webchat, where she answered questions asked by the people who know the most about her brief: those working in schools. 

Teachers, senior leaders, governors; anyone who has a stake in running a school could send in a question to be considered – it was the sector's chance to have a dialogue with the politician who will shape English education in the years to come.
