Schools blamed for bad behaviour;In brief

SCHOOLS must recognise that they can contribute to the behaviour problems of some pupils, according to a new policy on exclusions produced by the National Association for Special Educational Needs. The draft policy, agreed at NASEN's general assembly, sets out key principles and the responsibilities of schools, governors, education authorities and the Government.
