Whether you’re new to teaching GCSE environmental science or an experienced teacher, craigbill’s collection of PowerPoint presentations is a useful starting point when planning the next academic year.

What is it?

A series of seven presentations designed for the AQA environmental science course, covering conservation, fishing, the greenhouse effect, energy resources, coursework guidelines, nuclear power and climate change. Each colourful presentation includes images and key facts. Graphs, charts and case studies add to pupils’ understanding, giving a full introduction or a clear overview of each topic.

How can they be used?

Share the presentations with your pupils via your virtual learning environment. They could be useful for revision or comprehension homework if you include some questions. Alternatively, they would be a great starting point when planning your scheme of work.
