Science - In the spotlight - Waste not, want not

Tes Editorial

At-Bristol, one of the UK's leading science and discovery centres, is new to TES Resources. The centre's latest exhibition, Our World - No More Waste, opens on 20 July. It will show how the natural world does its own recycling, from volcanoes and bacteria, which become part of the air we breathe, to oceans, which make sand from rocks.

What's available?

At-Bristol's resources include a monthly "night sky" guide, which identifies the stars and planets in the sky over the coming month, and two interactive websites: Inside DNA, which keeps pupils up to date on the latest genetic developments; and Your Amazing Brain, which shows how memory works or how we fall in love.
