‘Shameful’ cuts

Education officials in Northern Ireland have been accused of treating children with learning difficulties “shamefully” after major cuts to summer schemes were revealed. Three of the north’s five education boards have slashed the length of their schemes in half. Transport has also been withdrawn in a number of areas across the region.
