Sprunt is a design firm which is giving the college an overhaul.
The basement of the college’s Peter Street building in Soho is to be transformed into a self-contained creative learning laboratory, to be used by media students. The college also plans to rent the facility to the public.
But what does “Sprunt” actually mean? My dictionary fails, but a glance at thefreedictionary.com produced some definitions. These include “to bristle up” (like a hedgehog, perhaps), or “anything short and stiff,” which I will leave to your imagination.
