SIX new members have been appointed to the Further Education Development Agency’s management board. They are: Clair Chivers, Dean of Nottingham University’s Graduate School; Hilary Cowell, prin-cipal of North East Surrey College of Technology; David Marshall, finance director of Parcelforce Worldwide; Anthony Pitcher, chief executive of South East Essex College; Alan Wells, director of the Basic Skills Agency and David Wilson, governor of Kensington and Chelsea College.
