Humans can perceive everything from a pin-drop to a bomb-blast because we have thousands of miniature, cellular amplifiers deep in the ear which generate sound from electrical signals. “Look Hear”, a free exhibition at the Two10 Gallery, Wellcome Centre for Medical Science, 210 Euston Road, London NW1, until September 29, reveals the micro-architecture of the ear through enlarged electron micrographs and associated artworks.
