An excerpt taken from a presentation about a careers talk: “Mrs Debbie was very good at her work, but unfortunately she had two children so she had an eternity leave. She found it really hard to cope, but she managed. So here we are. Mrs Debbie has been very brave to attend work and look after her children at the same time. The conclusion is that working in an office can give you good experience. Also it does not matter if you have children. You can still carry on with your life.” How do we teachers manage it?
