SOCIAL services have launched an investigation into an independent special school in Norfolk after reports of “inappropriate practices”. The inquiry into Banham Marshalls college follows a critical visit by National Care Standards inspectors last month. The day and residential college has more than 120 pupils aged seven to 16, with a range of learning difficulties and behavioural problems.
