I am writing in praise of Matthew Holehouse, whose columns I have thoroughly enjoyed reading over the past few weeks.
His thoughts and views are perceptive and eloquently expressed. I am fed up with the culture of negativity that surrounds the younger generation as many people are quick to brand the whole generation as yobs and thugs.
I believe that it is only a small number who are responsible for anti-social behaviour that arises from a variety of complex social reasons.
Matthew Holehouse is representative of the many intelligent, perceptive and thoughtful young adults that we do have in society and I am sure that, like most of his peers, he has a great future in front of him.
