Pat Dowsing’s tips on how to go for an Artsmark
* Brainstorm everything you do, right from the start. Work in a team - you cannot possibly do this on your own.
* Keep registers of clubs and make a note of dates, guests, visits and everything that counts towards the award.
* Start thinking about the award in July and August

From August 30, applicants for the next round of awards may call the Artsmark helpline, Tel: 0800 0560 196. In the meantime, they may use the line to leave contact details and to order a copy of the new application pack, available from mid-July.
