We pay tribute to the P4 pupils of Broughton primary in Scottish Borders who have written and published a Children’s Guide to Broughton and Surrounding Area.
The project encourages schools within the Tweed catchment area, which extends over the border to Northumberland, to form links. Broughton has been twinned with Spittal First school which lies at the point where the river Tweed meets the North Sea.
The latest publication is a companion volume to the Children’s Guide to Spittal.
A must read, if ever there was one.
