(Photograph) - Julia Rippengale, who studies fine art at Plymouth’s College of Art and Design, uses strips of recycled lead to depict rain in an art installation on homelessness in a disused terraced house. College students have been helping local artist Bill Wroath with the project, and when it is completed the house will be turned into student accommodation.
