AUSTRIA: An Austrian health survey has found that girls who finished secondary education were nearly three times as likely to be underweight as those who dropped out at 15. The survey of 6,000 people found 23 per cent of female respondents who had graduated from high school or university were slightly below normal weight. Another 5 per cent were seriously underweight. Of women who had left school at 15, fewer than 10 per cent were underweight.
