Penicuik High pupil Daniel Baigrie, 16, has been picked as a Diana Champion Volunteer in the Diana Awards, which were set up as a legacy of her belief in the power of youngsters to change the world. Midlothian Council chose him for the time and effort he has given to securing the voice of young people in community planning.

2050 vision creativity

The Scottish Qualifications Authority and Scottish Business in the Community have launched a competition which asks young people to develop a piece of creative work that shows their vision of Scotland 2050.
